Mushroom and Curry Rice
Here is a quick mushroom and curry rice recipe that you can easily make when camping! The ingredients are convenient and simple enough to carry while travelling.
You will need:
I packet of 90-second Chinese style microwave rice
2 carrots, julienned
A handful of mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons of curry powder
Put a big dollop of butter in a preheated fry pan.
Next, add carrots and mushrooms and cook down until soft.
Then add curry powder and stir.
Add Chinese style rice, stir to combine.
Cook for around two minutes until the rice is soft then serve!
