Simple Herb Damper
Here we show you how to make a simple herb damper and remember, sometimes the easiest recipes taste the best!
2 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
30g of butter
1 pinch of salt
1/ Rub the salt, flour, herbs and butter together until you get a breadcrumbs consistency.
2/ Add enough milk and combine till you get a dough then knead for a couple of minutes.
3/ Cook over your preferred heat source for around 25 minutes or until golden and hollow sounding when tapped.
There is nothing like fresh hot damper with dinner!
