Update 2017:
Mick had the recipe books printed and four thousand copies sold across Australia and some worldwide, so I’d say that was a success! You can still purchase a copy of an e-book on Amazon Australia as the hard copy book in not in production anymore. This is a beaut way of having a copy of the awesome recipes without having a hard copy on hand.
