Nick’s Peach and Apple Cobbler

In this video, Nick makes a peach and apple cobbler. This is a simple throw together recipe that tastes delicious!

Use a tin of peaches (save juice), butter cake mix, a tin of apples, some butter and some lemonade.

Put the apples into the camp oven to cover base.

Tin of peaches straight in, give a stir.

Open cake mix and sprinkle over the top of the fruit.

Place cubes of butter over cake mix.

Pour saved juice straight over top of cake mix.

Pour about half a cup of lemonade over top as well.

Take camp oven over to fire and place on heat.

Add coals on top and cook for around 40 minutes.

Serve straight from the camp oven with cream, ice cream or custard – delicious!
